Year 2 Class Closure – Tuesday 1^st and Wednesday 2^nd February

Dear Parent/ Carer,

Unfortunately, the supply cover situation remains the same across Newport this morning and we have been unable to source any teaching cover. This means that we therefore do not have teaching capacity for Year 2 until Mrs de Lima begins her regular working pattern in Year 2 Rhaglan on Thursday.

The Year 2 class will remain closed on Tuesday 1^st and Wednesday 2^nd February. Remote learning will take place via SeeSaw and also additional paper packs for remote learning will be available from the office. The paper packs will be ready to be picked up from 11am on the 1.2.22 and will span the two days.  

We will continue to run the childcare hub. Please text the school to say if you will be using this child care hub so that we are aware of which children should be with us for safeguarding purposes.
