Dear Parents and Carers,
Farewell, for now
I am sure that you will all join with me and the Governors as we wish Mrs de Lima all the very best as she begins her maternity leave. I will keep you posted once we have news of the latest addition to the de Lima family.
Coffee and Catch Up Session
This session is taking place next Friday (6th) at 2:45pm.
The main item on the agenda is to review the additional sandwich options provided by Chartwells for school dinners.
If you would like to share your thoughts on this, or any other school matters, please do come along to school a little earlier than normal and join us.
Attendance
Our strong attendance figures in this Spring term continue as our whole school figure this week was above target at 95.5%. Da iawn St. Gabriel’s. Here are the figures for each class:
Dosbarth Coch: 95.1%
Dosbarth Cas-Gwent: 95.2%
Dosbarth Rhaglan: 97.3%
Dosbarth Cil-y-Coed: 94.0%
Dosbarth Caerdydd: 98.1%
Dosbarth Caerffili: 95.7%
Dosbarth Caernarfon: 93.3%
Minnie Vinnie Ministry Charity Day – Friday 7th February
The Minnie Vinnie Ministry Charity Day, which is taking place on Friday 7th February, follows on from the assembly the Wallich Homeless charity will be undertaking for the whole school on the Wednesday prior.
The Minnie Vinnies are asking that in return for wearing a onesie or pyjamas on the Friday, pupils bring £1 for this worthy cause.
