Dear Parents and Carers,

Following our recent Parent Governor Election, Mrs Clare Shellam has been elected to join the Governing Body of our school. She will now be undertaking the induction training provided by Governor Support and joining our next Full Governing Body meeting before the end of term.

On behalf of myself and the Governing Body, our many thanks are offered to Claire Heath who was our previous Parent Governor and also our Chair of Governors. Over the last four years she has provided steady and dedicated leadership to our Governing Body, always with pupils at the heart of the decisions made and has been instrumental in growing our school. We are immensely grateful for all her support.

I’m pleased to say that we have consistency in the leadership of our Governing body as our Vice Chair, Jan Furtek, is our Acting Chair of Governors.
